Pancakecat is a cartoon cat made out of a stack of pancakes: four fluffy golden layers, a pat of butter sitting on top like a tiny crown, and golden syrup dripping down the sides. Pancakecat never does anything by halves. It is always a full stack.
Sunny, generous and a little bit extra, Pancakecat is the bakery's morning person. First up, first to say good morning to everyone, and first to suggest that one more pancake never hurt anybody. If there is a celebration to be had, Pancakecat has probably planned it already and found the sprinkles.
Pancakecat also has a Christmas look, which you can find on the Christmas gift tags and sticker sheets in the shop.
Favourite spot: the griddle corner on Pancake Day, obviously. On ordinary days it is the sunny end of the breakfast counter, where the butter softens just right.
Quirks: wobbles a little when laughing, flips a coin to settle anything important (heads is pancakes, tails is also pancakes) and holds strong opinions about lemon and sugar.
