Frankencat is a cartoon cat made out of a lime-green matcha sponge cake, built like a friendly monster. Look out for the flat-top chocolate-ganache fringe, two little grey candy bolts, a neat piped chocolate stitch on one cheek and a stripy green tail, with fun lime slime oozing over the fringe and pooling around the paws.

Frankencat is the gentle giant of the Halloween squad: big-hearted, a little clumsy, and very proud of those bolts. Frankencat is the first on the dance floor whenever the monster mash comes on, and the first to cut the cake afterwards, making sure everyone gets a slice before taking one.

Favourite spot: the big table in the middle of the bakery, where there is room to wave both arms about without knocking over the jam tarts (most of the time).

Quirks: polishes the candy bolts every morning, apologises to doors after bumping into them, and keeps a tub of extra slime for special occasions. Soft as sponge in every way that matters.
